I had tried restoring to two days ago but saw similar problem with it. I have looked at the files on the CD using a diff computer, all the files(?) seem to be there. If you have not done this correctly, then the CD will not be bootable.
Tried a lot but my system does not work at all. Following your instructions on my (beloved) XP Home machine I now see the option to boot in safe mode but am still hampered that my Microsoft wireless keyboard does not respond A Repair Installation will leave your own documents intact and, in most cases, your installed applications should also still work. sasja nice, a few days ago I was thinking why is it so difficult to get into safe mode? Your tips and theme have greatly improved my work day. Setup will then search the hard disk looking for a previous installation of Windows XP. Some advice is given on doing this in a separate document.
