Even when WTM is visible (and forcedly on top of any other windows), the task bar normally rises properly. My current theory is this: Normally, there is exactly one row of pixels of the task bar visible, and in front of all other apps, even when an app is maximized. it wanted me to set up backups. Works with XP, Vista and 7.
You can follow him on Google+ if you'd like. I thought the problem was that it won't hide. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they're still not making a call to the systray which in turn tells the taskbar to reappear..

Check This Out I use R-drive image to back up my Crive, as I am not completely confident with system restore, so I first made an image of my Crive, so I could recover I PUT A SHORTCUT ON MY DESKTOP FOR IT, AND SIMPLY CLICK ON IT EVERY TIME TASKBAR FREEZES.
